盾构地中对接施工技术初探

摘要:

 随着盾构技术在国内的广泛运用,多条穿江过海的长大隧道正在实施或已被列入规划,在这些盾构隧道施工过程中,将可能运用到盾构地中对接施工技术。该技术在国外一些重大工程中被多次运用,国内尚无工程实例。通过查阅相关文献资料,就机械式对接和土木式对接基本施工方法与比较、以及盾构主机结构设计、盾构对接测量技术等进行了初步的探讨,并提出了实施盾构对接技术还需进一步研究与解决的问题,可供相关工程设计与施工参考。

Abstract:

The shield machine has been applying to many long and largesection tunnels crossing the rivers and seas, which are under construction or under planning. The connecting technology between two shield machines in the tunnel has been used many times in some important constructions abroad, but it has no case reference in China. A preliminary study on the construction method of the mechanicstype connection and civiltype connection and their comparisons and the shield machine design, the measurement technology during connection construction, etc are discussed in this paper. Moreover, some key problems of connecting shield machine are presented, which can be reference of the design and construction of the related constructions.
