台北捷运系统芦洲线CL700A标连络通道1压入沉箱工法之解析

摘要:

台北捷运系统芦洲线CL700A标三重国小站(O47站)至新庄线CK570C标道岔段潜盾隧道长约887m,因受限于台北县三重市三和路1、2段路幅宽度不足,因此本段隧道于三重国小站东侧工作井系以平行方式发进,行经三重市三和路2段、长安街口后,潜盾隧道线型渐变为上、下重迭型式,并以上、下并排方式到达新庄线CK570C标道岔段。本区段潜盾隧道之连络通道1因配合隧道线型上下重迭故深度较深(约地下33m),且道路施工空间狭小(路宽约8.5m)并紧接邻房(距离约2m),考虑施工环境及时程,该连络通道竖井采用了场铸压入沉箱工法施筑,于上、下行隧道外围先行施作深达33m之圆形竖井,随后于上、下行隧道深度位置,构筑与竖井间之水平方向连络信道结构,待连络信道结构体完成后则进行工作竖井内部结构工程及回填复旧。类似竖井施工台湾多以自重方式完成,且深度较浅,施工精度较无法控制,本标本次引进之压入沉箱工法在台湾捷运系统不但是第一次引进,在台湾土木工程更是创举。

Abstract:

The tunnel length of O47 Sanchong Elementary School station of CL700A project, Luchou line to the tunnel turnout of CK570C project , Sinjhuang line, Taipei MRT,totals up to 887m. Due to the insufficiency of the road width of Sanho road, sec1、2, Sanchong City, Taipei County where the shield tunnel goes underneath, the tunnels start in parallel direction from the workshaft of the station, gradually changing into overlap form according to the alignment of the tunnels towards the turnout of CK570C project , Sinjhuang line when passing the intersection of Sanho rd. sec2 and Changan street. Therefore, the onsite hydro pressure anchor caisson method for crosspassage 1 in this tunnel is introduced, in respect of its depth(33m)and environments where the road width is 8.5m and the crosspassage is only 2m away from the existing building. Usually In Taiwan, similar shafts which mostly are shallow are usually constructed with the selfweight caisson methods, whose construction precision is beyond control. The introduction of hydro pressure anchor caisson method is not only the first time in the mass transit system, but also the pioneer in civil works in Taiwan.
