摘要:

小断面盾构隧道施工,因受隧道净空、运输车辆尺寸以及安全间距等方面的限制,只能采用单线轨道运输方式,随着隧道的不断延长,洞内运输时间成为制约施工进度的瓶颈。分析了影响洞内运输的各种因素,提出了采取单次运输2环管片和材料的解决方案。对运输方案选用的电机车黏着质量、启动牵引质量以及制动距离等参数进行了验算,并提出了保证运输安全的辅助措施。

Abstract:

As restricted by tunnel clearance, transportation vehicles size and safety distance, only single-orbit transportation can be used in construction of small section shield tunnel. With the increase of the tunnel in length, transport time within the tunnel has become a bottleneck restricting the construction time. By analyzing various factors influencing transportation within tunnels, this thesis put forward the solution of unit transport of two rings of segment and materials. Checking calculations of parameters such as adhesion quality, starting traction quality and braking distance of the locomotives chosen in the solution are also carried out in this thesis, with proposal of assistant measures ensuring transportation safety.
