摘要:

介绍广州地铁城市集运系统2标盾构2次成功近距离下穿运营中的地铁一号线(盾构开挖面顶部距地铁一号线仅2.275 m,且盾构下穿既有线过程中又面临着隧道贯通和贯通后刀盘已经推进接收车站但盾尾仍在既有线下方)。通过对一号线隧道结构以及现状的调查和梳理、盾构下穿前的方案多方审查,下穿施工过程中巧妙地动态地把盾构划分为3个施工段,并将盾构贯通断面进行延长,果断地提前对既有线引进自动化信息监测技术,指导施工。应急决策小组以及应急措施的及时跟进,盾构贯通后监测工作的延长以及稳定指标;对盾构机的提前维护和及时更换刀具的技术及采用超前注浆、钢花管注浆及延长隧道的方法等也是这次顺利近距离通过既有线的保障。

Abstract:

This thesis discusses about the successful crossings beneath Metro Line1 in operation within short distance by the shield machine in Bid 2 of Guangzhou Metro Urban Distribution System (it is only 2.275m between the top of the excavating face of the shield and Metro Line 1 and during the crossing beneath of the existing lines by shield machine, the shield machine also faces such problem that the cutter head has been pushed into the receiving station while the end of the shield machine still is beneath the existing line during or after the boring of the tunnel). By the investigation and sorting of the structure and status quo of tunnel for Line 1 and multi-review of the plans before crossing of the shield machine, the shield construction is skillfully and dynamically divided into three stages during the construction process and the boring section of the shield machine is prolonged. Automatic information monitoring is decisively introduced to the existing metro lines in advance to direct the construction. Timely follow-up of the decision-making group for emergency and emergency measures, advance maintenance of shield machine, technology of timely cutter replacement and adoption of pre-grouting, grouting with steel pipe and prolonging of the tunnel are the safeguards that make the crossing beneath the existing lines within short distance succeed.
