大断面土压平衡盾构穿越建筑物施工技术研究

摘要:

长株潭城际铁路滨开区间采用2台直径9.34 m的土压平衡盾构施工。为有效控制盾构下穿密集建筑物段变形或沉降,通过方案的调整,采用对建筑物的主动保护与施工方案及参数的及时优化,实现了盾构掘进的平稳通过,保证了地表沉降的可防可控,确保了对地面建筑物的影响降至有限、合理的范围内。

Abstract:

The 9.34 m diameter EPB shield machines are used for boring of Bingjiangxincheng StationKaifusi Station section of ChangshaZhuzhouXiangtan railway. The active protection of buildings on the ground and optimization of construction program and parameters are used, so as to control the settlement and deformation of buildings. In the end, the shield machines have successfully passed through, the settlement of ground surface has been brought under effective control, and the safety of the buildings on the ground has been guaranteed.
