渝黔铁路天坪隧道机制砂生产关键技术研究

摘要:

在机制砂生产过程中,机制砂级配断档和环水保是影响机制砂生产的2个技术难题。渝黔铁路天坪隧道机制砂生产中采取增设FG500螺旋洗砂机和迂回式过滤水舱,并安装多档调节电气开关控制转速和加压过滤设备的方式,将0.075~0.15 mm档流失的砂子回收利用,使机制砂颗粒级配断档得到弥补。通过混凝土试验进行验证,得出机制砂颗粒级配是影响机制砂性能参数的关键因素;同时,增加过滤设备并将小于0.075 mm的石粉与水分离,使生产机制砂排出的污水干净清澈,实现污水零排放,对周边环境完全无污染;最后得出,在生产中要对这些关键生产技术加以控制,才能达到技术、经济和环保的最佳匹配。

Abstract:

The production of mechanicalcrushed sands faces two problems, i.e., interrupted gradation and environmental pollution. In the production of the mechanicalcrushed sands for Tianping tunnel on ChongqingGuiyang railway, FG500 spiral sand washing machines, circuitous water filter cartridges and pressured filter equipment with multiphased electrical switches and intermitted operation functions are installed, so as to recover the sands with particle size ranging from 0.075 mm to 0.15 mm, and in turn to compensate the missing grades of the sands. Furthermore, trial concrete mixing is made to verify the study results, which shows that the gradation of the mechanicalcrushed sands is one of the key factors that have influence on the performance of the mechanicalcrushed sands. Besides this, filtering equipment is 〖HQK〗installed to separate the stone fumes with particle size being less than 0.075 mm from the water, so as to prevent the environment from being polluted by water released in the production of the mechanicalcrushed sands. Conclusion is drawn that these key technologies should be well implemented in the production so as to achieve a good coordination among technology, economy and environment protection.
