摘要:
为解决外购连续皮带机控制系统的维护和升级的难题,自主研发已是迫在眉睫。以蒙华铁路白城隧道出碴皮带机为背景,对连续皮带机控制系统的总体设计、PLC编程、皮带综合保护和人机界面组态的设计进行阐述,并重点介绍多电机功率平衡和皮带自动张紧等关键技术的设计过程。完成了一套整体的连续皮带机控制系统解决方案,实现了在实际生产中的稳定运行。

Abstract:
The maintenance and upgrade of control system for imported continuous belt conveyor are difficult; hence it is necessary to carry out independent research and development. In view of belt conveyor used in mucking of Baicheng Tunnel on Menghua Railway, the general design of control system, programmable logic controller (PLC) programming, comprehensive protection of belt and design of manmachine interface (HMI) configuration of continuous belt conveyor are introduced. A suit of control system program of continuous belt conveyor is completed, and by which the belt conveyor works stably.
