双侧壁导坑法施工大断面地铁车站中隔墙岩柱开挖稳定性分析及施工关键技术

Stability Analysis of Excavation of Intermediate Diaphragm Wall  in Large Crosssection Metro Station Constructed by  Doublesidedrift Method and Its Key Technologies

摘要:

为了便于盾构过站施工连续,保证施工安全,以重庆轨道交通环线上桥车站工程为依托,对双侧导洞先行贯通、中隔墙后续开挖的双侧壁导坑工法进行分析,并研究临时中隔墙岩柱开挖的稳定性和加固措施,形成临时中隔墙岩柱开挖的施工关键技术。分析结果表明,在双侧导洞贯通后、中隔墙岩柱开挖前,隧道已经发生较大的拱顶沉降和收敛变形。为保证中隔墙岩柱开挖的稳定性和控制隧道变形,先对隧道及中隔墙进行加固,然后采用分台阶开挖施工。中隔墙拱部采用锁脚锚杆和增加中隔墙临时支撑体系刚度有助于改善初期支护的受力模式和控制隧道的收敛变形。

Abstract:

A special doublesidedrift method, of which the doubleside drifts are completed before the excavation of intermediate diaphragm wall, is analyzed so as to guarantee continuous and safe shield construction by taking Shangqiao Station of loop line of Chongqing Metro for example. The excavation stability of rock column of temporary intermediate diaphragm wall and reinforcing technology are discussed and key construction technologies for rock column excavation of temporary intermediate diaphragm wall are proposed. The analytical results show that large settlement and convergence had occurred to tunnel crown top before the excavation of rock column of temporary intermediate diaphragm wall. In order to guarantee the excavation of rock column of temporary intermediate diaphragm wall and control the deformation of tunnel, the rock column of temporary intermediate diaphragm wall and the tunnel are reinforced; and bench method is adopted. The forcing mode of primary support can be improved and the tunnel convergence can be controlled by using footlock anchor bolt at arch of intermediate diaphragm wall around the crown and increasing the stiffness of temporary support system of intermediate diaphragm wall.
