摘要:
为提高隧道仰拱二次衬砌混凝土施工质量和进度,结合仰拱二次衬砌一次施工不少于24 m的要求,中条山隧道引进铁路单线隧道全液压履带式栈桥进行仰拱二次衬砌大区段施工,以改善作业环境,保证施工安全,提高仰拱二次衬砌混凝土施工质量,同时也减少仰拱二次衬砌施工与掌子面开挖施工之间的相互干扰,从而加快施工进度,为类似工程施工组织和质量管理提供参考。
关键词: 单线铁路隧道, 仰拱二次衬砌, 大区段
Abstract:
The hydraulic crawlertype trestle with onetime construction length longer than 24 m is adopted for inverted arch secondary lining in large section of Zhongtiaoshan Tunnel so as to improve the construction quality of inverted arch secondary lining concrete and shorten the construction schedule. The construction environment has been improved; the construction safety has been guaranteed and the interaction between inverted arch secondary lining construction and tunnel face has been reduced. The results can provide reference for construction organization and construction quality management of similar projects in the future.
