软土地铁深基坑力学状态的施工控制系统研究

摘要:

影响基坑力学状态的众多因素之间相互关联,基坑力学状态的控制还未形成系统化的体系,不能充分发挥各项控制措施的效果。为解决上述问题,把基坑工程作为一个系统来研究,从系统工程和控制论的基本概念出发,提出基坑施工控制的4 个特征, 从而引出基坑施工控制的概念和内容,从围护变形控制、围护强度控制、支撑安全控制、基坑稳定控制及周边环境控制5 个角度深入探讨基坑施工控制。针对围护侧向变形控制子系统,构建围护侧向变形的技术控制和管理控制方法,将不同控制方法组合应用, 形成完整的基坑围护变形控制系统,并以上海浦东南路地铁车站基坑为工程实例验证其实用性。结果表明: 运用系统化思维进行围护侧向变形的控制可最大程度地发挥各类措施的效果。

Abstract:

Many factors influencing the mechanical state of foundation pit are interrelated, and the control of mechanical state of foundation pit has not formed a systematic system, which cannot give full play to the effect of various control measures. Hence, the foundation pit engineering is studied as a system, four characteristics of the foundation pit construction control are put forward based on the basic concept of system engineering and control theory, the concept and contents of the construction control of foundation pit are presented, and the deep foundation pit construction control is discussed from the aspects of deformation of retaining structure control, retaining structure strength control, support safety control, foundation pit stability control and the surrounding environment control. And then the technical control and management control methods of the lateral deformation of retaining structure are constructed for the control subsystem of the lateral deformation of retaining structure, and the combination of different control methods is applied to form a complete control system of the lateral deformation of the foundation pit retaining structure. Finally, an example of Pudong South Road metro station in Shanghai is given to verify its practicability. The results show that the control of lateral deformation of retaining structure by systematic thinking can give full play to the effect of various measures.
