谈太沙基有效应力原理的是是非非

Discussion on Terzaghi′s Effective Stress Principle

摘要: 太沙基有效应力原理是否正确一直存在争议,尤其是砂性土适合“水土分算”,与太沙基有效应力原理相符,黏性土适合“水土合算”,与太沙基有效应力原理不相符问题,众多学者各执一词。本文对太沙基有效应力原理的由来与核心内容进行分析,指出太沙基将孔隙水压力作为中和应力(中和应力对土体变形无影响)这种观点是不正确的,进而推导出的有效应力也不正确。笔者采用水平截面的力平衡原理,引入给水度参数,推导出新饱和土有效应力原理公式,计算出来的水土压力值与实际值更相符。希望能对理论土力学的发展和水土压力计算有所帮助。

Abstract: There is argument in correctness of Terzaghi′s effective stress principle. The separate calculation of water and soil suits for sandy soil, which is consistent with the effective stress principle of Terzaghi, while integrate calculation of soil and water suits for cohesive soil, which is not inconsistent with effective stress principle of Terzaghi. The origin and core content of Terzaghis effective stress principle are analyzed, and it is points out that the view of Terzaghi takes pore water pressure as neutralization stress (neutralization stress has no effect on soil deformation) is not correct, and the effective stress derived from it is not correct as well. In this paper, the principle of effective stress of new saturated soil is derived by using the force balance principle of horizontal crosssection and introducing specific yield parameters. The calculated water and soil pressure is more consistent with the actual situation. The results can provide reference for the development of theoretical soil mechanics and calculation of water and soil pressure.
