地铁车辆段地下空间综合开发设计探讨

Discussion on Comprehensive Development and Design of Underground Space in Metro Depot

摘要: 大体量的地面车辆段会分割城市交通和公共景观,制约城市规划。随着城市发展对公共环境要求的不断提高,如何将车辆段下沉、采用地下车辆段地面上盖建筑多空间一体化设计,提升城市公共环境品质,加大地上建设规模,提高土地集约利用效率和产出效益显得尤其重要。结合深圳地铁13号线车辆段设计案例,通过上盖建筑与城市景观和道路交通的延续设计、地下车辆段设计难点、对工程造价以及后期运营维护的影响等方面分析地下车辆段+上盖建筑的建设模式,探讨将车辆段下沉、采用地下车辆段地面上盖建筑多空间一体化设计的可行性。研究结果表明: 1)车辆段下沉后能最大化保障城市用地完整性,有利于上盖建筑方案设计和交通组织设计,减少对城市景观割裂等不利影响,提升城市公共环境品质; 2)车辆段下沉能为上盖建筑结构提供侧向约束,上盖建筑的开发设计定位可以更加灵活多样,可提高建筑高度,增加土地利用率; 3)地下车辆段消防是重难点,目前尚无成熟经验可借鉴,也无完善的规范标准,出地面通道等构筑物以及开敞的消防通道上空对上盖建筑用地的完整性影响较大,需不断探索和实践; 4)地下车辆段建设将增加一定的工程造价和建设风险,需要慎重决策; 5)上盖建筑和车辆段在规划、设计环节需统筹考虑,对建设管理要求高; 6)地下车辆段运营期间要合理处理潮湿、汛期和火灾的不利影响,同时也要采取措施消除地下封闭空间作业环境给员工健康的不利影响。

Abstract: The massive volume of ground depot construction often has adverse effects on integrating urban traffic and public landscapes, restricting urban planning. With the increasing requirement of city development on the public environment, the multispace integrated design of the building above ground for the underground depots becomes more and more important in improving the urban public environment quality, enlarging the ground construction scale, and improving the landintensive utilization and output efficiency. In this paper, a case study is conducted on the vehicle depot design of the Shenzhen metro line 13, and the underground depot + superstructure above depot mode and the feasibility of sinking the metro depot and the multispace integrated design of the building above ground for the underground depot are discussed from the aspects of continuous design of superstructure above depot with the urban landscape and road traffic, design difficulties of underground vehicle depots, and the influence on cost and operation and maintenance. The main researches and conclusions are as follows. (1) After the depot sinks, the integrity of the urban land can be protected in maximum, the construction scheme of the property building above depot and the transportation organization design can be benefited, the adverse effects on the urban landscape fragmentation can be reduced, and the urban public environment can be improved. (2) The sunk depot can provide lateral constraints on the structure of the overlying buildings, and the development and design orientation of the overlying buildings can be more flexible, which can improve the height of the buildings and increase the utilization rate of land. (3) The firefighting in underground vehicle depot is a crucial and challenging point, whereas there is no mature experience for reference at present. The structures such as ground passageway and the fire fighting passageway have a significant influence on the integrity of the building land above the depot, hence, it needs overall planning, continuous exploration, and practice. (4) The construction of underground depot will increase the project cost and construction risk to a certain extent. (5) The planning and design of underground depot and above buildings should be fully and carefully considered. (6) In the late operation, adverse factors such as humidity, flood season, and fire should be rationally dealt with, and the health of the workers in the underground enclosure space should be guaranteed.
