装配式竖井设计与施工技术应用研究——以南京某沉井式地下车库项目为例

摘要:

为解决在建筑密集、狭小空间城区进行地下空间开发面临的难题,通过介绍新型竖井掘进装备、掘进下沉技术、竖井管片结构设计和防水技术,提出一种基于德国海瑞克公司垂直竖井挖掘机(VSM)的装配式竖井施工技术。

南京建邺区沉井式停车设施建设项目(1期)工程是该设备在国内的首次应用,相对传统工法,施工场地小,效率高。工程实践表明: 1)采用超挖配合自重下沉的模式,使得竖井下沉过程完全受控; 2)竖井外侧采用膨润土泥浆起到了很好的减摩和护壁作用; 3)竖井整环分成完全相同的6块管片,所有管片只有1种结构形式,极大提高了现场施工效率和质量。该工法在城市地下停车库、盾构工作井、地铁通风井等工程中具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: To solve technical problems faced in the construction of underground spaces in urban areas with large building density and limited space, new excavation equipment, shaft excavation and sinking technology, segment structure design, and waterproof technology are introduced, and an assembled shaft construction technology based on the Herrenknecht vertical sinking shaft machine(VSM) is proposed. The assembled VSM was first applied in the sinking shaft parking project (phase Ⅰ) in the Jianye District of Nanjing. The method is shown to be efficient with a smaller footprint. The engineering practice shows that: (1) The mode of overexcavation combined with selfweight sinking ensures a controllable sinking process. (2) Bentonite mud plays a better role infriction reduction and wall protection. (3) The whole ring is divided into six equal segments. Therefore, all segments are the same for the shaft, which helps to significantly improve the efficiency and quality of the construction. This method has promising applications in underground parking garages, shield jacking shafts, metro ventilation shafts, etc.
