管片钢筋骨架自动焊接技术的设计与应用

Design and Application of Automatic Welding Technology of Segment Reinforcement Skeleton

摘要: 为解决当前盾构管片钢筋骨架焊接主要以人工焊接为主,存在劳动强度高、焊接环境差、焊接质量不稳定、焊接效率低下等问题,提出采用自动焊接的方式取代人工焊接。结合自动焊接技术在其他领域中的应用现状,就实现钢筋骨架自动焊接需要解决的具体问题进行分析,基于2步法,同时配套自动焊接生产线及工装夹具设计,即先完成钢筋网片自动焊接,再基于钢筋网片实现整个钢筋骨架的自动焊接。考虑到装备的经济性和灵活性,采用CO2气体保护焊焊接方式。结果表明: 1)钢筋骨架自动焊接系统具有对电力系统要求不高、产品焊接质量均匀可控、系统安全可靠等特点; 2)钢筋骨架自动焊接技术改变了钢筋骨架制作以人工焊接为主的传统加工方式,改善了工人的劳动环境和劳动强度,提高了盾构管片钢筋骨架的焊接质量。

Abstract:  Presently, shield segment reinforcement skeleton is mainly welded by human, resulting in high labor intensity, poor welding environment, unstable welding quality, and low welding efficiency. As a result, an automatic welding method is proposed to replace manual welding. First, the application status of automatic welding system in other fields is presented. Second, the specific issues to be solved in realizing automatic welding of reinforcement skeleton are analyzed. Finally, based on the twostep method and matching with automatic welding production line and fixture, the automatic welding of the reinforcement mesh can be completed, and then the automatic welding of the whole reinforcement skeleton can be realized. Considering the economy and flexibility of equipment, CO2 gas shielded welding is adopted. The results show the following: (1) The reinforcement skeleton automatic welding system has the characteristics of low requirements for power system, uniform and controllable welding quality, and safe and reliable system. (2) The welding environment is improved, the labor intensity is lowered, and the welding quality of the reinforcement skeleton is improved.
