Application of Pile+beam Underpinning in Guangzhou Metro Project

摘要:

对复杂条件下建筑物的桩基托换方法进行了探讨,分析了灌浆加固法、锚杆静压桩法、树根桩法、桩梁法桩基托换的优缺点,结合广州地铁五号线五羊邨过街楼的具体情况,确定了导洞内进行桩梁法托换的方案,并详细介绍了该方案的实现过程及设计、施工中应注意的问题。

Abstract:

In the paper, different methods for pile foundation underpinnings under complex conditions are discussed and the advantages and disadvantages of such pile foundation underpinning methods as grouting reinforcement method, anchor pile method, root pile method and "pile+beam" method are analyzed. On basis of the actual conditions of Wuyangcun arcade on Line 5 of Guangzhou Metro, the underpinning scheme of pile+beam structure installed in pilot tunnel is determined. Furthermore, the detailed execution process of the scheme and the points to which attention should be paid during design and construction of the scheme are presented in the paper.
