摘要:

为提高隧道结构的耐久性,改善受力状态,仰拱超前、一次性全幅施工,已经成为隧道施工的基本要求。为此,自行设计制造成本低、结构简单、移动快捷、轻便的片式仰拱栈桥在隧道施工现场愈来愈普遍。通过对Ⅰ20型钢制造的6m长片式仰拱栈桥进行结构验算,对其在隧道无轨运输的最大动载作用下的强度及刚度进行校核,了解该类仰拱栈桥在装碴车辆通过时的动态响应及安全状态,对同类隧道简易片式仰拱栈桥的结构强度验算有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

 In order to improve the durability and forcebearing state of the tunnel structure, advance invert and onceforall fullbreadth invert construction have become fundamental requirements for tunnel construction. To this end, sheettype invert trestle of low cost, simple structure, convenient mobility and light weight is becoming increasingly popular at tunnelling. By checking computation of the a 6mlong sheet type invert trestle made of I 20 shaped steel, the strength and rigidity of the trestle under the maximum dynamic load under trackless transportation condition is checked and the dynamic response and safety state of such invert trestle when muck loaded vehicle passes are learnt. Results of such checking can be used for reference in checking computation of structural strength of simple sheettype invert trestles.
