摘要:
深圳地铁5号线布吉—百鸽笼区间隧道所处地层以硬岩为主,区间采用盾构法施工。对盾构长距离穿越硬岩地层时所遇到的技术难题进行研究,通过合理地配置刀具,选择适宜的掘进模式、掘进参数以及同步注浆参数,同时加强刀具的处理措施,顺利解决了盾构施工时刀具磨损严重,管片错台等问题。

Abstract:
The running tunnel between Buji station and Baigelong station on No.5 line of Shenzhen Metro is located in hard rock and is constructed by shield machine. The authors study the technical difficulties encountered in the longdistance shield boring in hard rock in this paper. The problems of serious cutter wear and segment dislocation are solved by adopting proper cutting tools and selecting reasonable boring modes, boring parameters and reasonable simultaneous grouting parameters, as well as by strengthening cutting tool maintenance.
