摘要:

以宜万铁路齐岳山隧道F11高压富水断层破碎带钻孔注浆方案设计及施工为例,通过在传统预注浆理论基础上结合实际地质情况不断在注浆方案设计、注浆结束标准及施工理念等方面进行创新,详细介绍“探注浆结合”模式、“精细化跟踪”注浆设计以及注浆与支护一体化等,强调对钻孔注浆施工、效果评价等方面进行标准化管理控制的重要性,达到减少工程量、保证注浆效果、提高施工效率的目的,为高压富水断层注浆快速施工积累了经验,取得较为理想的效益,为以后类似地层注浆设计施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:

In order to conquer F11 highpressure and waterrich fractured fault of Qiyueshan tunnel on YichangWanzhou railway, continuous innovations are made to the grouting design, grouting completion standard and execution concept on basis of the conventional pregrouting theory and the geological conditions. "Probing + grouting" mode, accurate tracing grouting design and combination of grouting and supporting are presented in detail. The importance of standard management and control of the borehole drilling, grouting and effect evaluation is emphasized. In the end, the grouting quantity is reduced, the grouting effect is guaranteed and the execution efficiency is improved. The paper can be served as reference for the design and execution of grouting in similar geological conditions in the future.
