盾构机刀盘变形的修复技术

摘要:

主要通过介绍三菱1639#盾构机刀盘变形修复实例,探讨在具备修复空间及技术经济比较合理的情况下,进行刀盘修复时的整体变形控制、外圈环板更换、辅筋板更换及矫正、主筋板矫正以及刀箱矫正定位等技术,总结出大面积变形刀盘的修复关键在于控制已变形区域的扩大,为盾构机刀盘修复积累了经验,提供了实例借鉴和解决思路。

Abstract:

The case of repairing the cutterhead of Mitsubishi 1639 shield is presented in this paper. Technologies for integral deformation control during cutterhead repairing, outer ring plate replacement, auxiliary plate replacement and rectification, main plate rectification and cutter box rectification under enough repairing space and rational technical and economic conditions are discussed. Conclusion is drawn that the key of the repairing of cutterheads with largescale of deformation is the control of the further spreading of the existing deformation zones. This paper can provide reference and guidance for shield cutterhead repairing in the future.
