摘要：

本文针对桃园机场捷运CA450A标(以下简称本标)双圆潜盾隧道施工做一探讨，本标系为台湾第1次采用双圆潜盾隧道工法(DOT)，本文介绍对象包括本标之沿线地质状况；DOT工法之简要说明及本标所采用之环片形式及其接头形式做完整之介绍，幷对掘进可能的“掘进时遭遇流木、潜盾机滚转、自动方向控制管理”等课题及对策做说明，最后并说明初期掘进阶段遭遇之最大问题-“压送管线塞管”及“环片滚转”之解决方法，期可做为后续类似隧道施工之参考。

Abstract:

DoubleOTube shield tunneling technology applied in CA450A project of Taoyuan international airport MRT system is discussed in this paper. It is the first time that DOT shield tunneling method is used in Taiwan. The geological conditions, DOT method, the segments and their joints adopted in this project are presented. The problems encountered during tunneling, including obstacles encountered during tunneling, shield rolling and automatic direction control of shield, as well as the countermeasures, are interpreted. Finally, the countermeasures for the most serious problems in initial tunneling, including blocking of feed pipes and segment ring rolling, are given. This paper can provide references for similar projects in the future.
