有轨斜井运输安全保障体系研究

摘要:

新建龙厦铁路象山隧道采用3个有轨斜井施工正洞,象山隧道有轨斜井长度长、坡度大、承担正洞运输任务重,因此存在较大的安全风险,本文通过对机构、人员责任落实及制度系统、提升机系统、钢丝绳及连接装置系统、轨道及矿车系统、信号系统的研究,建立健全安全体系,以期进一步提高有轨斜井运输安全水平。

Abstract:

hree inclined shafts with track transportation systems are built for the construction of the main body of Xiangshan tunnel on LongyanXiamen railway. Due to the long lengths, steep gradients and heavy transportation tasks of these inclined shafts, there exist great safety risks. In order to enhance the safety of the track transportation systems of the inclined shafts, the safety guarantee system is studied in terms of organizations, personnel responsibilities and stipulation systems, hoisting systems, steel cables and connecting device system, track and mining car systems and signal system.
