摘要:

 以北京铁路地下直径线双线大直径泥水盾构隧道施工为背景,针对施工中的重难点,总结分析该盾构隧道的选型、进洞加固、掘进参数控制、泥水处理、进仓换刀等关键技术,主要有以下结果:1)对掘进参数及刀盘刀具配置进行了优化改造研究,确定了合理的施工参数及刀具配置方式,有效地减少了刀盘刀具磨损,降低了施工对周边环境的影响程度,确保了施工安全。2)多种方法的综合运用,对施工过程进行多方面多角度的沉降监测,及时进行反馈,确保了施工安全。3)较好地解决了砂卵石地层中带压换刀技术的气密性难题,最大限度减小了对周边环境和居民正常生活的干扰;复打空心桩替代常规竖井带压进仓技术,克服了带压进仓动火作业的风险。4)采用大合金块的刀具设置,增强了切刀及周边刮刀的抗冲击性和耐磨性;滚刀作为先行刀有效地松动了地层,减少了刀具的非正常损坏,确保掘进工作顺利进行。

Abstract:

aking the key construction technology for the large diameter slurry shield tunneling in waterrich sandy gravel strata in Beijing rail underground transit line as an example, the author analyzes the key technologies such as type selection of shield machines, reinforcement of strata for shield launching, boring parameter control, slurry treatment and cutting tool replacing under hyperbaric conditions. The conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The optimization of the cutter head and the boring parameters is studied and rational boring parameters and cutting tool arrangement are determined, which minimizes the wearing of the cutting tools and the influence on the environment and ensures the construction safety; 2) The settlement is fully monitored and the monitoring results are timely fed back, which ensures the construction safety; 3) The airtightness during the cutting tool replacement under hyperbaric conditions in sandy gravel strata is ensured, which minimizes the influence on the surrounding environment and residents; A hollow pile is installed to facilitate the cutting tool replacement so as to avoid hyperbaric operations, which minimizes the hyperbaric operation risks; 4) Carbide cutting tools are used, which improves the percussionresistant capability and wearresistant capability of the cutting tools and the surrounding scraping tools; the disc cutters break the strata effectively, which minimizes the abnormal failure of the cutting tools and ensures the successful boring.
