漏碴孔在山岭地区竖井施工中的运用

摘要:

为解决山岭地区竖井施工中快速出碴问题,对重庆地铁6号线支线竖井施工中大量采用漏碴孔出碴的情况进行分析。得出以下结论: 1)当竖井深度较深、断面较大、底部有施工通道与外界相连时,采用漏碴孔出碴,可以显著提高施工速度、节约成本;2)施工过程证明,漏碴孔采用旋挖钻机的方式成孔,具有快速安全且适用性广泛的特点。

Abstract:

The application of mucking through muckdropping boreholes in the sinking of the vertical shafts on the branch of No. 6 line of Chongqing Metro is analyzed. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) Mucking through muckdropping boreholes can accelerate the shaft sinking and reduce the shaft sinking cost when the vertical shafts are deep, have large crosssection and have underground galleries stretching from the shaft bottoms toward the ground surface; 2) It is rapid, safe and reliable to drill muckdropping boreholes by rotary drilling rigs.
