摘要: 紧邻既有运营铁路线施工超大体量隧道明挖基坑风险大,难度高。为了研究和总结紧邻运营铁路线超大体量隧道基坑施工技术,以京石客专石家庄六线隧道工程为例,介绍了铁路运营线旁超大深基坑围护结构桩锚体系以及基坑开挖采取的针对性工艺、技术措施和防护方法,并提出汛期专项措施和系统的监控措施。实践证明,通过采取优化工艺、优选设备和加强监控,可控制风险。为类似工程的设计与施工提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: There are great risks and difficulties in the construction of cutandcover foundation pits adjacent to existing operating railway. The pileanchor system of the retaining structure of the superlarge deep foundation pit of Shijiazhuang 6track tunnel, as well as the construction technologies and protection technologies, are presented. Countermeasures for raining seasons and systematical monitoring technologies are proposed. The construction practice shows that the risks can be brought under effective control by optimizing the construction technologies and equipments and strengthening the monitoring. The paper can provide references for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.
