重庆轨道交通开敞式TBM施工问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Tunneling by Open TBM in  Chongqing Rail Transit Works

摘要:

重庆轨道交通六号线一期五里店—山羊沟水库敞开段节点工程是开敞式TBM首次应用于城市轨道交通工程。基于TBM试验段工程实践,存在初期支护较强、二次衬砌施工及工期控制难度大等问题,针对这些问题,提出基于“动态设计、动态施工”优化初期支护设计,采用“同步衬砌”方案组织二次衬砌施工,优化开敞式TBM项目工程筹划等措施,保证了开敞式TBM在试验段及后期工程的顺利掘进,并证明了重庆轨道交通地下区间隧道采用开敞式TBM施工的可行性。

Abstract:

Open TBMs are used in the construction of Wulidian StationShanyanggou Reservoir Station section of the first phase of No. 6 line of Chongqing rail transit project, which is the first time in China that open TBMs have been used in the construction of rail transit works. The engineering practice of the tunneling of the trial section by open TBMs shows that the tunneling has such problems as the primary support being too strong, the secondary lining being difficult to be installed, and the construction schedule being difficult to be controlled. Countermeasures, including optimizing the design of the primary support based on “dynamic design and dynamic construction” concept, adopting “synchronous ling” and optimizing open TBM tunneling plan, are proposed. In the end, the open TBMs have achieved successful driving in the trial section, which verifies the feasibility of open TBMs in the construction of underground tunnels of Chongqing rail transit works. 
