摘要:

针对当前国内最常用的6 m直径地铁管片,盾构在不同城市施工存在因管片分度不同需要改造推进系统的问题,设计一种同时满足22.5°和36° 2种分度管片的盾构推进油缸布置方案。优化设计后的推进油缸布置形式提高了单台盾构在不同城市地铁隧道施工的适应性,减少了盾构改造投入和时间,对控制地铁施工直接设备投入具有实际意义。

Abstract:

The diameter of the segment rings of Metro tunnels in China is usually 6 m. Due to the different segment ring divisions in different cities in China, the thrust systems of shields have to be reformed. In the paper, an optimized layout of thrust cylinders fitting for both 2 segment ring divisions (22.5° division and 36° division) is designed. In this way, the applicability of shields to different segment ring divisions is improved, and the cost and time needed to reform the shields are minimized. The paper can provide reference for the control of equipment cost of similar Metro works in the future.
