不同几何结构的TBM刀盘静力学性能对比分析

Analysis on Static Mechanical Performances of TBM Cutterhead with Different Geometries

摘要:

刀盘是全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)的核心部件,其变形量是否满足要求、应力分布是否合理决定了掘进机能否安全可靠地工作。为对比分析不同几何结构TBM刀盘的静力学性能,基于应用在秦岭隧道的TB880E型平面刀盘,设计了具有相同开挖直径和滚刀数目的锥面刀盘和球面刀盘;通过建立3种刀盘的有限元计算模型,分析了相同工况下3种刀盘的变形和应力分布。分析结果表明: 相同工况和掘进参数条件下,平面刀盘的应力最小,而锥面和球面刀盘的盘面变形较小。这说明平面刀盘结构平滑,不易产生应力集中,刀盘强度较高;球面和锥面刀盘的刀盘面呈拱形结构外凸,可以有效提高刀盘结构的整体刚度。

Abstract:

Cutterhead is the key component of tunnel boring machine (TBM) and the deformation and stress distributions of cutterhead are the keys to the safe operation of TBM. In this paper, the static mechanical performances of TBM cuttterhead with different geometries are analyzed, and the domed cutterhead and cone cutterhead with the same diameter and the same cutters number are designed based on flatface cutterhead of TB880E TBM used in Qinling tunnel. The deformation and stress distribution of three types of cutterheads under the same construction conditions and boring parameters are analyzed by means of finite element models. The analysis results show that the stress of flatface cutterhead is smaller than that of domed cutterhead and that of cone cutterhead, and the deformation of domed cutterhead and that of cone cutterhead are smaller than that of flatface cutterhead. It is illustrated that the strength of flatface cutterhead is much higher than that of domed cutterhead and that of cone cutterhead, and the cutterhead rigidity can be effectively improved by using domed/cone cuttehead.
