摘要:

郑州北站是亚洲最大的列车编组站,郑州北站下发场南咽喉区下架空顶进地道桥施工时面临以下难题: 多重道岔区下地道桥箱体断面大、顶进距离长、架空区域大、咽喉区线路固定困难、架空支点位置和架空纵梁高度受限、结构体系转换复杂等,为解决这些难题,结合以往设计施工经验,通过对整个顶进过程的分析和顶力、架空体系的计算,首次采用分区域架空、线路两侧分节对向顶进的施工方法,在极为困难的条件下,工程顺利付诸实施。

Abstract:

The North Zhengzhou Railway Station is the largest railway marshalling station in Asian areas. The overhead jacking of underpass bridge crossing underneath North Zhengzhou Railway Station has many difficulties, i.e. large crosssection of underpass bridge box, long jacking distance, large overhead area, hard line fixing, limited overhead point and overhead horizontal beam and complex structural system conversion, etc. The underpass bridge jacking is analyzed and the jacking force and overhead system are calculated. The sectional overhead and opposite jacking method is adopted in the end.
