深圳地铁9号线盾构切削群桩数值模拟与实测分析

Numerical Simulation and Measured Data Analysis of Pile Group Cutting by Shield: A Case Study of Running Tunnel on Line No.  9 of Shenzhen Metro

摘要:

为解决在不影响既有桩基建筑物安全条件下保证盾构法隧道正常施工问题,以深圳地铁9号线大鹿区间盾构长距离连续切削群桩为背景,采用数值模拟及实测分析,研究盾构切削穿越桩基对地表沉降和桩基的影响,分析推力、扭矩等施工参数以及沉降监测数据,总结盾构切削穿越桩基时施工参数的变化规律以及建筑物沉降规律。主要结论如下: 1)切桩时刻产生的沉降量占总沉降量的比例较大; 2)桩基的数量、直径或位置不同时的地层响应各有不同的特点; 3)合理选取施工参数需要综合考虑桩基情况和地质条件。

Abstract:

The safety of the building on the ground and the construction of shield tunneling should be guaranteed. As a result, numerical simulation and measured data analysis of pile group cutting by shield used in DajuyuanLudancun Section on Line No. 9 of Shenzhen Metro are carried out, so as to study the influence of pile group cutting by shield on ground surface settlement and pile foundation, analyze the shield working parameters and settlement data and summarize the variation rules of shield working parameters and settlement rules of buildings during pile group cutting period. Some conclusions are drawn as follows: 1) The settlement induced during pilecutting period accounts for a large proportion of the total settlement. 2) The ground responses under different conditions, i.e. amount diameters and locations of pile foundations, show different characteristics. 3) The situation of pile foundations and geological conditions should be comprehensively considered so as to choose rational construction parameters.
