盾构刀盘形式对砂卵石地层扰动状态的影响

Study of Influence of Types of Cutterhead of Shield on Sandy Gravel Stratum

摘要:

盾构刀盘形式的选择是砂卵石地层盾构掘进面临的关键问题。为解决这一问题,以兰州地铁1号线一期工程为背景,综合运用现场调查、实验室试验、三维离散元数值模拟、现场原位监测等方法,对砂卵石地层土压平衡盾构施工颗粒流动和地表沉降的机制进行了研究。1)通过室内大直径(300 mm)试样三轴压缩试验获得了砂卵石地层的应力-应变曲线,基于试验结果和EDEM离散元三轴数值试验,标定了离散元数值模拟需要的参数。2)基于Solidworks软件建立了面板式刀盘盾构和辐条式刀盘盾构三维机械模型。3) 将盾构三维机械模型导入离散元软件EDEM中,建立了砂卵石地层盾构掘进过程的三维离散元模型; 将模拟结果与现场监测数据对比,揭示了面板式刀盘和辐条式刀盘土压平衡盾构掘进对砂卵石地层扰动状态和地表沉降的影响机制。面板式刀盘土压平衡盾构掘进,刀盘前方、上方的“强烈扰动区”范围为(0.3~0.5)D(D为刀盘直径); 辐条式刀盘土压平衡盾构掘进的“强烈扰动区”范围不足面板式刀盘的1/3,且扰动程度轻。

Abstract:

The selection of cutterhead type is a key issue of EPB shield tunneling in sandy gravel stratum. The mechanism of ground disturbance induced by Lanzhou Metro Line No. 1 bored by EPB(earth pressure balance) shield with two types of cutterhead in sandy gravel stratum is systematically studied by field investigation, laboratory tests, 3D discrete element method (DEM) modeling and field monitoring. The major works of the study are as follows: 1) Firstly, triaxial tests (sample diameter of 30 cm) are carried out to obtain the stressstrain curve of sandy gravel stratum in lab. Then the parameters of DEM simulation are obtained by comparison between numerical experiments and laboratory tests. 2) 3D mechanical models of shields with plate cutterhead and spoke cutterhead are built by software Solidworks. 3) A 3D DEM model is established to simulate the ground disturbance induced by EPB shield tunneling. And the results of 3D DEM modeling and field monitoring reveal the effects of tunneling induced ground disturbance by EPB shield with two types of cutterhead in sandy gravel stratum. The range of the heavily disturbed zone of plate cutterhead shield tunneling is about 0.3D-0.5D (D refers to diameter of the cutterhead), while that of the disturbed zone of spoke cutterhead shield tunneling is less than 1/3 of that of the plate shield.
