深圳北环电缆隧道盾构遇锚索群处理技术

Countermeasures for Shield Crossing Anchor Cable Group during Construction of Cable Tunnel in North Ring of Shenzhen

摘要:

深圳北环电缆隧道盾构在掘进过程中,遇建筑基坑大面积深埋地下锚索群,根据电缆隧道与虹湾花园建筑基坑的位置关系、地面环境和工程水文地质条件,从造价、工期、环境影响和施工风险等方面对比分析,确定采用带压进仓清除锚索和人工挖探井、液压千斤顶拔锚相结合的方案,通过刀盘前方土体袖阀管加固和膨润土筑泥膜保压,进行带压进仓将缠绕刀盘上的锚索清除;通过人工配合卷扬机跳孔挖探井、液压千斤顶拔除刀盘前方锚索,成功将大面积深埋地下锚索快速清除。解决了锚索群对盾构施工的影响,确保盾构安全顺利通过。

Abstract:

The deepburied anchor cable group of a building foundation pit is met during shield boring in a cable tunnel in north ring of Shenzhen. The relationship between the cable tunnel and the foundation, environment on ground surface and engineering hydrogeological conditions are introduced. The construction scheme of combination of anchor cable cutting under pressure, artificial exploration shaft and hydraulic jack is adopted. The soil ahead cutterhead is reinforced through Soletanche and the mud membrane is established by bentonite which can provide pressured environment for anchor cable cutting through artificial exploration shaft and hydraulic jack. The anchor cables are finally cut and the shield passes successfully.
