武汉地区城市地下物流系统可行性研究中几个问题初探与趋势展望

Discussion and Prospects of Feasibility Study of Urban Underground Logistics System in Wuhan Area

摘要:

为建设适合武汉地区的城市地下物流系统,参考国内外相关研究成果和案例,并结合武汉地区的物流工艺和空间要求,运用调研分析、数值回归分析、SLP等方法,从地下物流建设的必要性、环境可行性、技术可行性、经济可行性、融资方案、工程地质条件、物流节点选址及线路布置等方面,对武汉地区城市地下流物流系统可行性研究中的选址、布局、施工技术等问题进行探讨与趋势展望,得到主要结论如下: 1)在武汉地区修建地下物流系统将承担整个武汉地区40%左右的货运量; 2)采用单线管道设计时,管道内径为2 800~3 500 mm时经济性较好,管道内径为2 800 mm时,为最优选择; 3)地铁的融资租赁模式对地下管道物流系统的建设融资方案具有指导意义; 4)在站点布置上,应将物流中心、配送中心、目的地和仓库等形成网络状结构; 5)应选择集装箱型地下物流载运工具来完成城市货物的运输,在施工方法上应选择盾构法、顶管法等非开挖技术; 6)地下物流系统是未来智能城市建设的必然选择,将其进行实际运用并与未来智能化城市建设相融合是未来主要的发展趋势。

Abstract:

The underground logistics system suit for Wuhan area is studied. Relevant researches and cases in China and abroad are investigated. The issues, i.e. site selection, layout and construction technology, in feasibility study of urban underground logistics system in Wuhan area are discussed by investigation analysis, numerical regression analysis and systematic layout planning(SLP) from the aspects of necessity of underground logistics construction, environmental feasibility, technical feasibility, economic feasibility, financing scheme, engineering geological conditions, logistics node location and route layout; and the development trends are prospected. Some main conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) Forty percent of freight traffic volume in Wuhan area will be undertaken by underground logistics system. (2) As for single pipeline, the inner diameter of 2 800 – 3 500 mm is good for economic benefit and that of 2 800 mm is optimum. (3) The financial leasing mode of metro can provide significant guidance for financing scheme of underground pipeline logistics system. (4) As for station layout, the net structure will be formed by logistics center, distribution center, destination and warehouse. (5) The container type underground logistics carrier is a good choice for goods transportation of underground logistics system; and trenchless excavation methods such as shield method and pipe jacking are recommended. (6) The underground logistics system is inevitable; and the application of the system and the integration development with future intelligent city are the main development trends.
