组合工法配套设备拆除钢筋混凝土支撑技术

Demolition Technology for Reinforced Concrete Bracing by Combined Method with Corollary Equipment

摘要:

为解决深基坑工程多道混凝土支撑拆除效率低、成本高的问题,研究人工、绳锯、液压劈裂3种组合截断、拆除混凝土支撑的方法,总结出一套多设备多方法配套作业的高效支撑拆除方法;介绍组合方法、设备配套施工流程、技术要点,通过结构承载能力计算分析说明组合方法拆除支撑的可行性; 依托项目进行实施,对经济工期效果进行验证,应用人工、绳锯、液压劈裂组合方法进行多道混凝土支撑拆除高效性、经济性良好,较单一截断方法工期缩短90%; 单根支撑截断费用约0.96万元,相比绳锯切割费用14.1万元节约显著。

Abstract:

The demolition of multilayer concrete support is always characterized by low efficiency and high cost. Three combination methods for truncation and demolition of concrete support, i. e. artificial, chain saws and hydraulic splitting, are studied, and a suit of highefficient matching operation method with multiple equipment and multiple technology is obtained. And then the combination method, equipment matching construction process and technical points are introduced, and the feasibility of this combination method for demolition of concrete support is analyzed by structural bearing capacity calculation. Finally, the combination method is applied to project to verify its construction and economic benefits. The results show that the combination method of artificial, chain saws and hydraulic splitting for demolition of concrete support is highefficient and economic, which can reduce construction schedule by 90% comparing to truncation method, wherein, the single support truncation cost (RMB9 600 yuan) by the combination method is much lower than that (RBM 141 000 yuan) by chain saw cutting method.
