盾构刀盘切削钢筋混凝土桩基室内试验研究

Laboratory Test of Reinforced Concrete Pile Foundation Cutting by Shield Cutterhead

摘要: : 针对盾构穿越钢筋混凝土桩基的工程难题,开展盾构刀盘切削钢筋混凝土桩基的室内试验,设计全刀盘滚刀和全刀盘撕裂 刀直接切削钢筋混凝土桩基的各6组掘进试验方案。 通过对切削桩基效果、钢筋破坏形态、刀盘振动特性及刀具损伤形式进行统 计分析,揭示全刀盘滚刀和全刀盘撕裂刀2种刀具对钢筋混凝土桩基的切削原理,并进一步评价滚刀和撕裂刀切削混凝土桩基的 优缺点。 结合不同掘进参数下盾构刀盘推力、转矩的变化情况,提出盾构刀盘直接切削钢筋混凝土桩基的滚刀和撕裂刀高低组合 配置方案以及合理掘进参数。 通过以色列地铁项目验证了该方案能有效将钢筋完全切断切短,有利于钢筋直接通过螺旋输送机排 出,可提高施工效率和避免开舱处理钢筋风险。

Abstract: The laboratory test of reinforced concrete pile foundation cutting by shield cutterhead is carried out, and 6 sets of driving test schemes for direct cutting with full cutterhead disc cutters and that with full cutterhead tearing cutters are designed respectively for shield crossing pile foundations. Through the statistical analysis of the pile foundation cutting effect, the failure form of steel, the vibration characteristics of cutterhead and the damage form of cutters, the cutting principles of the two kinds of cutters are revealed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the cutters are evaluated. Based on the variation characteristics of thrust and torque of cutterhead under different driving parameters, the combination scheme of disc cutters and tearing cutters and reasonable driving parameters are proposed. The applicable results show that the reinforced bar can be completely cut to short pieces to pass through screw conveyor, improve construction efficiency and reduce risk of chamber opening.
