敞开式顶管机改造及洞内组装升级泥水平衡顶管机施工技术——以深圳电网北环110 kV架空线改造入地电缆隧道工程为例

Transformation, Assembling and Construction Technology of Open Pipe Jacking Machine to Slurry Balanced Pipe Jacking Machine in Tunnel: 

a Case Study on Shenzhen 110 kV Overhead Line Transformation into Ground Cable Tunnel Project

摘要: 为解决顶管在复杂地层、长距离掘进施工时遇到的顶管机适应性挑战以及地质条件多变的问题,采取在掘进过程中改造顶管内部结构、改进掘进设备系统等方法,提高顶管机的地层适应性并保障顶管掘进过程的安全及效率。以深圳电网北环110 kV架空线改造入地电缆隧道工程为依托,分析敞开式顶管机改造及组装过程的重点和难点,提出采用敞开式顶管机首先穿越部分花岗岩岩层,然后对顶管机动力系统及刀盘扩径进行改造形成泥水平衡顶管机,并在洞内组装顶管机继续穿越后续砾质黏性土层的技术方法,通过分析研究动力系统的适用性及刀盘扩径、刀盘拆解、刀盘以及动力系统洞内运输、改装洞室扩挖、洞内组装的可行性,形成一套完整可靠的顶管机改造及洞内组装施工技术,实际掘进效果良好。

Abstract: The adaptability challenges and various geologies are often encountered during longdistance pipe jacking in complex geology. As a result, the geological adaptability of pipe jacking machine is improved and the safe and efficient jacking process is guaranteed by reforming the internal structure and improving the jacking equipment system of pipe jacking machine. Based on Shenzhen 110 kV overhead line transformation into ground cable tunnel project, the key points and difficulties in the process of reforming and assembling of open pipe jacking machine are analyzed; and the technical method of using open pipe jacking machine to pass through part of granite strata first, then reforming the power system and the cutterhead diameter of the pipe jacking machine to form a slurry balanced pipe jacking machine, and assembling the pipe jacking machine in tunnel to pass through the subsequent gravel clayey soil layer is proposed. By analyzing and studying the applicability of the power system and the feasibility of cutterhead diameter expansion, the cutterhead disassembly, the transportation of cutterhead and power system in tunnel, the modified tunnel expansion and the machine assembly in tunnel, a suit of complete and reliable pipe jacking machine transformation, assembling and construction technology in tunnel with good applicable effect is formed.
