重庆地铁暗挖车站盾构过站方式研究及实践

Research and Practice of Shield Passing through Mined Metro Station in Chongqing, China

摘要:

为解决暗挖车站多且车站端头无法设置盾构工作井情况下盾构施工与暗挖车站施工相互干扰的难题,基于轨道交通环线工程的应用实例,研究盾构掘进过站、初期支护步进过站和二次衬砌步进过站3种过暗挖车站的方法,讨论其优缺点与适用条件,并应用于设计。建设过程中,根据外部条件变化与工程实际进展情况,合理调整工程筹划,修正过站方式。对盾构过站所涉及的重点技术进行探讨,对盾构灵活过站方式、车站二次衬砌与盾构过站同步实施等进行深入研究,提出在暗挖车站端头增设过站导洞、采用高净空桁架式模板台车等新工艺,解决了暗挖车站与盾构工法组合在工程实施中的难题。

Abstract: To solve the problem of interference between shield construction and construction of mined station under the condition that the shield working shaft cannot be set at the end of the station, three schemes for shield passing through a mined station, namely, shield directly passes through, shield passes through a primarysupport pilot tunnel, and shield passes through after secondary lining completion, are studied. Their corresponding advantages, disadvantages, and applicable conditions are discussed and applied to practical design. During construction, according to the changes in external conditions and actual project progress, project planning is rationally adjusted, and the scheme for shield passing through the station is modified. The key technologies are discussed. Indepth research of the flexible station passing of the shield and simultaneous implementation of the secondary lining of the station and shield passing through the station are conducted. It is proposed to add a pilot tunnel at the end of the mined station and adopt a highclearance truss formwork trolley.
