Research and Application of an Informatized Design System for Mountain Highway Tunnels Based on Engineering Empirical Methods

摘要: 为解决工程经验法在山岭公路隧道应用时所面临的不同项目经验数据收集、获取和分析难度大的问题,提高公路隧道设计效率和设计质量,基于数据库及CAD平台搭建隧道设计数据存储和利用体系。该体系将已有隧道设计成果存储在隧道设计经验库中,按照经验法设计思路对经验库中的设计数据进行计算和处理,并将得到的推荐支护参数反馈给设计人员,同时将新的设计参数存储在经验库中,实现设计系统的动态自我增强。研究表明: 所构建的隧道信息化设计系统可提高既有隧道工程设计与施工经验数据的利用效率,实现设计过程中隧道支护参数的自动反馈,有效提高设计参数的合理性; 此外,该系统还可对经验库进行自我丰富与持续增强,不断增强经验库中支护参数的可靠性。

Abstract: When applying an engineering empirical method to mountain highway tunnels, some problems, such as difficulties in data collection, acquisition, and analysis, are often encountered. It is necessary to improve the design efficiency and quality of highway tunnels, and establish a system for tunnel design data records and use based on databases and computeraided design platforms. In this system, the achievements of existing tunnel designs are stored in the tunneldesign experience database. The design parameters in the database are calculated and analyzed according to the empirical methods, and the recommended supporting parameters are fed back to the designer. Meanwhile, new design parameters are stored in the experience database to automatically and dynamically enhance the design system. The research results show that: (1) The established informatized design system enhances the use efficiency of the existing tunnel engineering design and construction experience data, realizing the automatic feedback of tunnel support parameters, and improving the rationality of the design parameters. (2) The system can enhance the experience database and continuously improve the reliability of the support parameters in the experience database.
