马蹄形盾构隧道管片拼装机开发及应用

Development and Application of Segment Erector for Horseshoe-Shaped Shield Tunnel

摘要: 为实现马蹄形断面盾构隧道管片的高效拼装,通过分析蒙华铁路白城隧道马蹄形管片的特点,模拟马蹄形管片的拼装过程,提出位置与姿态解耦的混联构型新方案,设计双起吊螺栓的机械锁紧装置。通过机械原理分析,利用冗余驱动微调机构,增加末端机构运动范围,实现了微调角度±14°的目标,研制出末端具有6自由度7活动度的管片拼装机,克服了管片连接面处法线未过拼装机回转圆心的难题。工程应用表明,盾构工法也适应于马蹄形断面隧道,管片成型质量与施工工效可满足工程要求,确保隧道顺利贯通。

Abstract: In this study, the characteristics of a horseshoeshaped segment of the Baicheng tunnel of the Menghua railway are analyzed to realize the efficient segment assembly of a horseshoeshaped shield tunnel by simulating the segment assembling process. In addition, a hybrid configuration with decoupling of position and attitude is proposed, and a novel mechanical locking device with double hoisting bolts is designed. Through analysis of mechanical principle, the flexibility of the end mechanism is improved using the redundant drive finetuning mechanism. Moreover, a fine adjustment angle ± 14° is realized, and a segment erector with six freedom degrees and seven activity degrees at the end is developed to overcome the problem that the normal line at the connection surface of the segment does not pass the rotation center of the erector. The findings show that the shield tunneling method is suitable for horseshoeshaped tunnels, and the segment forming quality and construction efficiency can meet the engineering requirements, ensuring the smooth penetration of the tunnel.
