盾构管片拼装机原理及故障诊断与预防

摘要:

 以某长江隧道盾构管片拼装机为例,结合PLC程序,针对施工过程中出现的下列故障:管片拼装机只能像一个方向旋转、真空电磁阀不动作、管片拼装机大臂油缸不能提升、大臂不能同时收缩等提出解决与预防措施。通过对故障分析总结,提高了管片拼装机的工作效率,保证了施工进度。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems such as rotation of segment erector in only one direction, no reaction of vacuum electromagnetic valves, no withdraw of the boom cylinder of segment erector and no simultaneous withdraw of the telescopic arms of segment erector, solutions and prevention measures are proposed, with the operation of the segment erector of a shield machine for a Yangtze River crossing tunnel as an example. Analysis is made on the malfunctions and experience is summarized. In the end, the working efficiency of the segment erector is improved and the construction schedule is guaranteed.
