硬岩地层盾构机掘进技术探讨

Excavation Technology of Tunnel Boring Machine Boring in Hard Rock Stratum

摘要: 盾构施工工法因其地表占地小、不影响地面交通、对周边环境影响小等优点,成为城市地铁施工的首选方法。盾构机的设计比较适合软岩施工,但是城市地下环境极为复杂,软硬岩交错,盾构机不可避免的在硬岩地层施工。通过借助现场施工实例,对施工数据进行分析研究及经验总结,摸索出一套盾构在硬岩地层的掘进施工技术,并在实际工程中取得了良好的效果:刀具损坏现象明显减少,施工成本有效降低,施工效率明显提高,为今后类似工程提供借鉴、参考。

Abstract: Tunneling by TBM is a popular method in the construction of urban Metro, due to the small space it takes on the ground surface, no effect on ground traffic and little effect on surrounding environment. TBM is designed for tunneling in soft rock. Hard rock is unavoidable in complex urban area. Tunneling data are analyzed, experience is summarized and a suit of tunneling technology of TBM boring in hard rock stratum is made. Good effect has achieved, the wearing of cutting tools and the cost are reduced, and high construction efficiency is improved. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
