高大模板混凝土外观质量过程控制研究

摘要: 重庆轨道交通六号线一期冉家坝车站开挖深度约41 m,主体全长227.4 m,宽29.46 m,为地下5层局部6层岛式明挖车站。车站设计工程量大,施工风险高,质量要求高。以工程结构设计和施工方案为依托,以重庆轨道交通六号线一期冉家坝车站主体结构高大模板施工为例,通过研究地铁车站结构成型施工主要特征及施工影响因素,提出对应的施工方案及技术解决措施,确保了车站结构质量和外观质量。

Abstract: The Ranjiaba station of the first phase on No. 6 line of Chongqing railway transit is a 5 floor underground station excavated by cut and cover method, with 41 m excavation depth, 227.4 m length of main body and 29.46 m width. The design of the station is complex and the construction risk and the quality requirement are high. The construction schedule and technical treatments to guarantee the structure and appearance of the station structure are presented by means of study on the main construction characteristics and construction factors of the station, with the large formwork construction of Ranjiaba station structure of the first phase on No. 6 line of Chongqing railway transit as an example.
