沈阳某地铁车站气体灭火房间气流组织模拟研究

摘要: 为了合理设计气体灭火房间气流组织,以沈阳某地铁站通信设备室为研究对象,通过送、排风口位置及下排风口风量的变化,设计出4种不同的气流组织方式,利用CFD技术模拟房间内部空间气流分布情况,通过对速度场及温度场的分析,指出气体灭火房间设置下排风口并不是最有效的气流组织方式,建议在下排风管上设置电动风量调节阀,正常运行时关闭,气体灭火后排废气时开启,并提出地铁车站气体灭火房间气流组织设计中应注意的问题,对工程设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Four different air distribution models are designed on basis of positions of ventilation holes and variation of air volume of lower ventilation holes, so as to rationally design the air distribution in gas fire extinguishing room of a Metro station in Shenyang. The air distribution is simulated by means of CFD technology. The velocity field and temperature field are analyzed. The author does not regard the lower ventilation hole as a best choice. An electric air volume adjusting button setting on ventilation pile is proposed. Points to which attention should be paid in air distribution design in gas fire extinguishing room of Metro stations are presented. The paper can provide guidance for the design of other projects.
