大型地下停车库综合施工技术

摘要:

深圳市益田村中心广场地下停车库工程是目前国内面积最大的地下停车库之一,车库设计采用中心岛法施工,车库结构抗浮设计采用抽水减浮方案。通过工程实例,全方位介绍该大型地下停车库的综合施工技术,提出大型地下停车库工程采用中心岛法与盖挖施工方法的关键技术,同时提出大型地下结构采用抽水减浮方案的施工控制要点。所采用的工法节约了工期和投资、减少了建筑材料的使用、循环利用了地下水,符合国家提倡的节约、环保、可持续发展的政策。

Abstract:

The underground car park of Central Square of Yitian Village of Shenzhen City, constructed by central island method, is one of the biggest underground car parks and its structure is constructed by waterpumping and floatingresistant method. The comprehensive construction technologies of the car park are presented. The key construction technologies of central island method and cutandcover method of the car park and the waterpumping and floatingresistant method of the structure are proposed. The construction scheme is shortened, the cost is reduced, the construction materials are reused and the underground water is circularly used by using the construction technologies adopted.
