地铁风道进主体车站暗挖施工门式钢架支护技术

摘要:

为进一步解决风道进主体大跨度暗挖车站交叉段作业难度大、危险系数高、常规方法工序较复杂的技术难题,采用门式钢架逐榀挑高、一次成型的施工技术。得出以下结论: 1)采用门式钢架支护较洞桩法施工相比,工序简单,施工速度快,节省成本; 2)通过监测数据得知地表沉降变化值较小,对地表影响较小,适合城市地铁施工; 3)适合地质条件较好的花岗岩围岩,围岩偏软的隧道不适合采用。

Abstract:

In the construction of connection section of ventilation gallery and main structure of Metro tunnel constructed by mining method, the construction difficulty of is great and the risk coefficient is high and construction sequence is complicated. Gatetype steel frame support is used. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The construction is simple, quick and with low lost. 2) The ground settlement value is small according monitoring data. 3) It is suitable for granite soil, but not for soil with soft surrounding rocks.
