近距离下穿既有铁路超大断面暗挖隧道施工综合技术

Comprehensive Construction Technologies for Superlarge Crosssection Mined Tunnel Crossing underneath Adjacent Existing Railway Line

摘要:

为解决在施工过程中防止隧道上方既有铁路路基及轨道的坍塌和沉降,确保既有运营铁路在隧道施工过程中的运营安全,以新建京石客运专线石家庄隧道工程DK278+300~+380段下穿石太既有运营铁路为例,施工中采取对既有运营铁路轨道和路基进行加固、隧道超前大管棚预支护、砂层全断面注浆预加固等安全防护技术。得出以下结论: 1)在隧道施工过程中,应根据量测数据分析和信息反馈,动态调整施工方案; 2)对隧道施工中出现的不同问题需采取针对性的技术措施,才能确保既有铁路运营安全及隧道本身的施工安全。

Abstract:

Safety protection technologies, including reinforcing existing running railway line track and bed, advance large pipe roofing and fullface grouting, are used in the construction of DK278+300~+380 section of Shijiazhuang tunnel on BeijingShijiazhuang passengerdedicated line crossing underneath ShijiazhuangTaiyuan running railway line, so as to avoid collapse and settlement of the railway bed and track of existing railway line and to guaranteed the safe running of the existing railway line. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The construction program should be dynamically adjusted on basis of monitoring data. 2) The safety of the existing railway and the tunnel can be guaranteed by means of pertinent technologies.
