采用万能杆件悬吊保护横穿基坑的1.8 m给水管施工技术

摘要:

管线保护与改迁一直是地铁施工过程中的重点与难点。成都地铁1号线火车南站—南三环路区间,1根直径为1.8 m、埋深约3 m的铸铁给水管横穿基坑。为了保证供水,必须进行保护。鉴于管线直径大、基坑宽度大,为保证施工期间管线安全,采用了沿管线方向架立双层万能杆件作为悬吊梁,并设置吊索的方式进行悬吊保护。介绍了万能杆件给水管保护方案,进行了结构验算,重点阐述了给水管保护施工技术。施工监测表明,管线沉降满足控制要求,保护措施切实有效。

Abstract:

The protection of underground utility lines is one of the difficult and critical points in the construction of Metro projects. A 1.8 m diameter castion watersupply pipe crosses the foundation pit of the running tunnel from South Railway station to South Sanhuan road station. The water supply pipe must be well protected in order to ensure normal water supply. Suspension protection is adopted for the water supply pipe. The scheme of the protection of the water supply pipe by means of universal bars is presented, structural calculation is made, and the construction technology is described with emphasis. The monitoring results show that the settlement of the water supply pipe meets relevant requirements and that the protection technology adopted is effective and reliable.
