Integration Application of a Construction Monitoring System of Urban Rail Transit Based on BIM and GIS

摘要:

为解决城市轨道交通施工监测中的数据孤立、展示形式单一、异常情况通报和处理不及时等问题,结合GIS+BIM 技术,提出一套完整的施工监测信息化管理流程及数据组织方案,开发面向工程建设管理的施工监测系统,重点解决施工监测数据的集成、展示、预警及二次预警问题。系统实现了测点信息、日常量测信息的录入、存储、处理、三维展示及预警等功能; 将其与GIS+BIM 管控平台集成,并在青岛市轨道交通8 号线施工项目中进行了工程应用,与模型浏览、进度管控、工程量管理、视频监控等功能进行交互,提高了现场施工的管理效率和安全质量水平。

Abstract:

The urban rail transit construction monitoring has some shortcomings such as data isolation, single display form, untimely informing and processing of early warnings. As a result, combined with BIM and GIS technology, a suit of informatied management process and data organization scheme of construction monitoring data is proposed based on GIS and BIM technology, and a construction monitoring system for engineering construction management is developed, so as to solve the problems of construction monitoring data integration, display, warning and secondary warning. The input, storage, processing, 3D display and warning of monitoring point data and daily monitoring data have been realized. By integrating with a self-developed construction project management platform based on BIM and GIS technology, the system has been successfully applied to Qingdao Rail Transit Line No. 8. By interacting with model browsing, progress control, project quantity management, video monitoring and other functions, the management efficiency, safety and quality level of site construction can be improved.
