盾构管片拼装模式下推进油缸的自动控制

摘要:

在拼装管片时,需要在拼装模式下伸缩推进油缸。当采用无线控制推进油缸时,一种是在无线遥控器上设置推进油缸选择开关,这就使无线遥控器上有限的空间变得相对狭小,给操作带来不便;另一种是在无线遥控器上设置管片选择旋钮,而且为了施工安全,推进油缸只能伸缩一次,这就给调整管片的位置带来了不便。根据拼装管片时推进油缸选择的特点,在不增加推进油缸选择开关及不增加管片选择旋钮的情况下,实现了推进油缸的自动控制,而且在一块管片没有安装完之前,可以任意使用推进油缸调整管片的位置,一旦该块管片安装完成,相应的推进油缸不会再有伸缩的动作,这样既节省了拼装手安装管片的时间,同时也简化了操作的繁琐程度,又保证了施工安全。

Abstract:

When segments are erected, the thrust cylinders can be extended and/or retracted under segment erection mode. Remote controllers are always used to control the thrust cylinders. There are two kinds of remote controllers: one has thrust cylinder selecting switches on the control panel, which, due to the congested space on the control panel, is inconvenient in operation; another has segment selecting switches on the control panel, but for the sake of safety, the thrust cylinders can only be extended and retracted once, which causes inconvenience to the position adjusting of the segments. A new thrust cylinder remote controller, to which no more selection switches have been added, is proposed in the paper. By means of the proposed remote controller, the thrust cylinders can be controlled automatically, e.g., the position of the segment can be adjusted freely by means of the thrust cylinders when the erection of the segment is not completed; the thrust cylinders can neither be extended nor retracted any more when the erection of the segment is completed. Due to the application of the proposed remote controller, the segment erection time is reduced, the segment erection operation is simplified and the construction safety is guaranteed. 
