斜井隧道双模式盾构推进油缸布局优化研究

摘要:

盾构推进油缸的布局合理性关系到隧道管片拼装质量,在斜井隧道施工中则更为突出。以煤矿斜井双模式盾构为例,通过分析不同掘进模式和工况下推进油缸布局优化条件以及根据单个管片受力均匀、管片环整体受力平衡及各分区推力均方差最小的优化原则,完成推进油缸的位置及分区优化。推进油缸布局优化后,各管片受力均匀,衬砌环整体受力平衡,各分区推力相近,有利于避免管片被压溃,研究结果对盾构推进系统的选型和设计有指导作用。

Abstract:

Rational arrangement of thrust cylinders of shields plays an important role in ensuring the segment erection quality, especially in the case of inclined tunnels. In the paper, the conditions for the optimization of the arrangement of the thrust cylinders of a dualmode shield are analyzed, the principle for the optimization of the thrust cylinders, i.e., uniform force on each individual segment, balanced force on the segment ring and minimum mean square error of force of each zone, are analyzed. The positions and zoning of the thrust cylinders are determined and good results have been achieved. The study can provide reference for the type selection and design of thrust systems of shields of similar projects in the future.
