应用减磨修复技术延长盾构/TBM使用寿命研究

摘要:

减磨修复技术在铁路内燃机车及船舶柴油机上的使用效果表明,科学、合理地应用此项技术可产生可观的经济效益、社会效益和节能减排效果。在介绍国内外金属减磨修复技术发展现状及盾构/TBM减磨修复技术研究必要性的基础上,从内容、方法、工艺等方面对减磨修复技术在盾构/TBM上的应用进行研究。基于初步的试验成果可以得出: 新开发的金属减磨修复技术在盾构/TBM主轴承齿轮箱、主驱动减速箱等关键零部件在润滑系统中的应用是安全的、可靠的、适用的。

Abstract:

The application of frictionreducing and selfrepairing technology in the diesel locomotives of trains and in the diesel engines of ships shows that the appropriate application of the mentioned technology can result in significant economic efficiency, social efficiency and energyconservation and emissionreducing effect. In the paper, the stateofart of the metal frictionreducing and selfrepairing technology in China and abroad, as well as the necessity to study on the frictionreducing and selfrepairing technology for TBMs, is presented, and the application of frictionreducing and selfrepairing technology in TBMs is studied in terms of application items, application methods and application techniques. The study result shows that the application of the newlydeveloped metal frictionreducing and selfrepairing technology in the lubrication system of the gear box of the main bearing and in the reduction gearbox of the main drive of TBMs is safe, reliable and feasible. 
